Winsome Meadows has several horses available for students to learn on from beginner friendly to Warmblood schoolmasters for jumping.  Specialized english riding  lessons for all levels!

Winsome Meadows also offers on-property leases to students.  Several lease options are available, from 2 days to 6 days a week, dependent on the rider’s schedule.  Horses available for lease by advanced beginner riders to competition level riders in hunter/jumper disciplines.

Leasing prices start at $270 per month with weekly lessons included.

Not all available horses are listed,  please contact us to discuss lessons or

a lease opportunity suitable for you or your child!

Whinny is an off the track Thoroughbred (OTTB), but don’t let that fool you, she is our first pick for a beginner lesson horse!  In her younger days, Whinny was Bridgette’s show mount for the hunter and equitation divisions at AA rated shows.

Now, Whinny prefers to take it easier, babysitting the kids and patiently teaching them how to ride!  Whinny is still suitable for jumping to 2’3”, as well.  Whinny would be suitable for an advanced beginner or intermediate student to lease, and is suitable for even the youngest beginners while in lessons!

Centolina is a Selle Luxembourgois (warmblood) and a fantastic opportunity for students to gain experience riding a fancier horse.  She is easy going and safe, but also fun for experienced riders to ride to really focus on their equitation skills.

Winsome Meadows would support an experienced student in taking Centolina to local shows.

Batman is a lovely, tall Quarter Horse that is still in training.  He is exceptionally safe, and we are therefore offering him for lease to the right rider.  Batman would be perfect for a rider looking to learn how to develop their own horses, but want to learn how to do so on a safe mount.  Even though he is still learning himself, he is suitable for an advanced beginner or higher rider.

We would welcome a student on a tight budget to work off Batman's lease fees around the farm.
